Use low to medium heat for best cooking results. Never heat an empty cookware or allow it to boil dry. After cooking place on heat-resistant surface to cool. Wooden or plastic utensils are preferred. Avoid using metal utensils as this may scratch your cookware. Never use steel wool, pads abrasive cleaner as these may impair the performance of your non-stick. Hand washing with a sponge and warm soapy water is recommended. If the non-stick exhibits a white film residue due to minerals in the water, it can be removed by rubbing the surface with a little lemon and vinegar.
