Please provide Receipt of purchase, details of the defect and a photo of the defective item within the email.
Defective items must be shipped to us, within FOURTEEN(14) working days upon receiving the purchased item(s). Shipping will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Item(s) must be in its original purchase condition, in its original packaging, unused, unaltered, unwashed, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as a part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
We handle every return and exchange enquiry on a case-by-case basis. We aim to make all Idaman Suri customers happy not only with the product received but with our service as well.
