Shipping & Returns

Shipping Locations
  • We ship purchased item(s) throughout East and West Malaysia only.
  • We currently do not ship to International addresses.
  • We only deliver to one address per order. For delivery to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.
  • As we require a signature for all deliveries, we do not ship to P.O. BOX or Parcel Lockers. We only ship to valid residential or home address.
Order Confirmation
  • An Order Confirmation email will be sent to your email within 24 hours of the order being placed.
  • All purchased item(s) are packed using standard packaging materials and will be appropriately and securely wrapped.
Shipping Lead Time and Details
  • You can expect to receive the purchased item(s) within FOURTEEN(14) working days upon purchase. This period is inclusive of our order processing time at our warehouse.
  • A Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been shipped.
  • Delivery will be done on weekdays between 8.00am to 6.00pm.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • If you are not at home to receive your purchased item(s), please log in to your account or the courier website to reschedule your shipment. Should the delivery be unsuccessful after TWO (2) attempts or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier in SEVEN(7) working days, the purchased item(s) will be returned to Idaman Suri.
  • Idaman Suri will not be liable for any lost orders should you request for your order to be delivered without any signature. Any request for Authority to Leave without Signature will be at your own risk.
Shipping Rates
  • Shipping rates for your purchased item(s) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping rates are based on our courier providers ABX Express and Pos Laju.
Return Policy
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
  • If you receive a defective item, you should promptly email us at contact@idamansuri.co within SEVEN(7) working days from the day the purchased item(s) were received.
  • Please provide Receipt of purchase, details of the defect and a photo of the defective item within the email.
  • Defective items must be shipped to us, within FOURTEEN(14) working days upon receiving the purchased item(s). Shipping will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
  • Item(s) must be in its original purchase condition, in its original packaging, unused, unaltered, unwashed, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as a part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
  • We handle every return and exchange enquiry on a case-by-case basis. We aim to make all Idaman Suri customers happy not only with the product received but with our service as well.
